Food: a food court with mushroom farming, vertical gardens, edible insects, seasonal produce, and selling unsold meals to reduce food waste 6. Sports: a telegraph station repurposed into a public sports center, complete with a rock climbing wall, a ballet class, a swimming pool, and a volleyball court 7. Leisure: a community center where people of all ages can come to eat, drink, play board games, dance on a dancefloor that converts steps into electricity, play with VR, and relax in a chill-out sensory room. 8.
