Shipping

When will you send my package?
I send orders within one week of purchase on my website. Due to extenuating circumstances, sometimes it can take longer, in which case I’ll give you a heads up via email.

How will I know when you send my order?
When I send the package, you will get a notification via email. If you ordered tracking, that email will have the tracking number. 

How do I look up my the status of my package?
If you ordered tracking, you can look up your tracking number on parcelsapp.com

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Shipping outside of Europe can sometimes take multiple weeks. If you live in the US and your order hasn’t arrived 2 weeks after the sending notification email, you can contact me and we can figure it out. If you live in Australia, Asia, or the UK and it hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks, contact me and we can figure it out. 

I ordered a zine and a poster, but I only received the zine! Where’s the poster?

If you ordered two things of 2 different sizes, such as a zine and an A3 poster, they might come in two different packages, and sometimes those packages arrive on different days, I don’t know why.

I ordered something without tracking, but the package was damaged / never came.
Sometimes things get sent back to me, especially if they’re orders shipped to the US or UK. Sometimes mail carriers decide they want to crush a rigid cardboard tube so it fits inside a mailbox. Unfortunately if you didn’t order tracking, I don’t know where your package is and I won’t be able to get a refund for it if it was damaged, so you’ll have to make a new order.
